ABOUT
THE TOURNAMENT
Our tournament is organized each year by friends and family of the late
Ron Simpson. It’s our way of honoring the man who played such an important
role in our lives. By getting together, playing Ron’s favorite game, and
raising money for a worthy cause, we’re able to keep Ron’s love and spirit
alive.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the tournament is to support young people dedicated to their
recovery from alcohol and other drug addictions.

BENEFIT COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL
Proceeds from the tournament benefit
Community High School.
CHS is a four-year, non-residential, private high school funded through
tuition, donations, and grants. Community High School provides a
supportive environment for students pursuing a high school diploma and
dedicated to their recovery from alcohol and other drug addictions |

Academy Award
winner and member of the Songwriter Hall of Fame, Paul Williams, was our
special guest last year. Paul is a long time supporter of Community
High School and the Ron Simpson Memorial Golf Tournament. On the web:

Ken & Marcy Buck played in last year's tournament.
Ken, who volunteers his time to work with the kids at Community High
